Employee Advisory Committees

Two Employee Advisory Committees have been formed to enhance communications between employees and the administration and to provide advice and meaningful input on a variety of human resource issues.

People are selected for these committees based on experience, functional representation and organizational representation, as well as to afford others the opportunity to get involved in this process. The committees are as follows:

  • Operations Staff committee comprised of hourly employees from Athletics, Dining Services, Facilities Management, and Public Safety;
  • Office Staff committee comprised of hourly, non-exempt employees; and
