ComPsych offers professional and confidential counseling services designed to help address employees' personal concerns and life issues. It is available to employees and their dependents at no cost. This service, staffed by experienced clinicians, is available by calling a toll-free phone line 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A GuidanceResources Coordinator can refer employees to local resources in our community or other expert counselors that can address issues.
