The Executive Committee is the student government of W&L. The EC is completely student-run and oversees and administers the University's Honor System.

Freshman Leadership Council

The mission of the FYLC is to warmly welcome new students and create a commons environment for fun, growth, learning, and transformation at W&L and in Lexington. The FYLC will provide the first-year class with school and community activities that lead to an organized, united, and active first-year class.Advisor: David Leonard

Media Board

The focus of the Media Board shall be to provide editorial guidance and both monetary and editorial support to University student publications that are members of the board.

Panhellenic Council

The Panhellenic Council serves as both a judicial body and an advisery board for W&L’s five national sororities. Panhellenic, which is composed of members of each sorority, seeks to promote fairness, community and unity among the five organizations.

Student-Faculty Hearing Board

The Student-Faculty Hearing Board hears allegations of prohibited discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, or hazing by individual students and non-Greek student organizations

Student Judicial Council

Comprised of ten elected justices, SJC investigates and acts upon complaints of alleged student misconduct, save honor and sexual misconduct.
