Required form to register all student events. Also serves as space reservation form for the Pavilion, the Dell, Liberty Hall Ruins, the Marketplace, the Cohen Amphitheatre and Cannan Green. You may need to make additional reservations depending on your venue choice.
Form must be completed by the requesting organization prior to obtaining authorization from the Assistant Director of Student Activities and Greek Life (Elrod Commons Room 249, x4054), or Director of University Commons and Campus Activities (Elrod Commons 246, x8753).
