The Student-Faculty Hearing Board (SFHB) is authorized to hear and adjudicate allegations of prohibited student discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, hazing by individuals and retaliation. The SFHB is composed of eight students and eight faculty. The students are appointed by the Executive Committee of the Student Body (EC), which designates one of the student members to serve as Vice Chair. The EC may also nominate faculty for consideration to the Provost of the University. The faculty are appointed by the Provost, who designates one of the faculty members to serve as the Chair.
