Peter Grajzl Associate Professor of Economics
Professor Grajzl joined Washington and Lee in 2009. He teaches courses in microeconomics, mathematical economics, and the economics of institutions and governance.
Professor Grajzl received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland at College Park in 2005 and was an assistant professor at the Central European University from 2005 to 2009. He received teaching awards from both the University of Maryland and the Central European University. He is also a Research Network Fellow at CESifo in Munich, Germany.
Professor Grajzl's research interests lie in the economics of institutions and governance, law and economics, and political economy.
