Information for employees interested in the Educational Grant Program.
Upon the recommendation of the appropriate Dean or Senior Administrator, the Treasurer, and the President, full time faculty members and administrative, professional and supervisory personnel who are defined as exempt personnel under the terms of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, are eligible for University housing loans. These housing loans may be used to purchase, build, or improve a principal residence in the Lexington-Rockbridge County area immediately upon entering the employ of the University.
