Richmond Teacher Residency

"Richmond Teacher Residency (RTR) is a master's program in education that recruits talented, committed individuals of all ages and gives them the tools they need to make an immediate impact in the classrooms of the Richmond Public Schools (RPS). Residents spend the year in an RPS classroom teaching alongside a master teacher and applying theory to practice through rigorous coursework. Their commitment earns them a generous stipend, an affordable master's, and the chance to lead a true movement for education reform from the ground up."
