He/she was found guilty of Possession Under the Legal Age by a 9-0 vote. He/she was found not guilty of Conduct Unbecoming by a 9-0 vote.

He/she was found guilty of Possession of Marijuana by a 9-0 vote. He/she was found not guilty of Conduct Unbecoming by a 8-1 vote.

The SJC assessed the following sanctions:
Suspension from Washington and Lee for Winter Term 2012, with earliest re-admittance Spring Term 2012
Mandatory alcohol education and counseling upon re-admittance.
Conduct probation for 52 weeks upon re-admittance.
