Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir

The Grammy Award-winning Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, directed by Daniel Reuss, has been acclaimed as one of the world's finest mixed choirs.  Founded in 1981 by Tonu Kaljuste, the group is famous for performing the works of countryman Arvo Pärt.  Under the leadership of Paul Hillier, they have made many fine recordings for ECM, Harmonia Mundi and Virgin Classics.  The choir gives 60-70 concerts per season and tours regularly throughout Europe, the United States, Canada and Japan.   At W&L their program will include works by Tobias, Schnittke, Grigorjeva, Pärt and Brahms.
