Join us for the 14th ANNUAL LIVE WELL W&L EMPLOYEE WELLNESS FAIR, featuring a wide variety of vendors sharing information about wellness and work-life opportunities. The fair will include: 

  • Biometric Screenings (by appointment)

  • Chair Massages provided by Circle of Hands (by appointment) — Instructions to make your appointment:
    1. Click the "Sign Up Today!" button below
    2. Click on the W&L logo
    3. Scroll down to the calendar and select October 24
    4. Select your preferred time
    5. Enter information requested, and SUBMIT.

Note: You are signing up for a 7-minute massage (10-minute sessions gives 3 minutes to get on/adjust/off and clean the chair between sessions).

  • Flu shots and/or COVID vaccines for employees and spouses/partners — Complete these forms and bring them with you, along with your health insurance card.
    If you have W&L's insurance, bring your AETNA card.  If you have insurance other than W&L's, bring your insurance card.
    * No appointment necessary. *
  • Employee Raffle — 20 employees will each win $100! The drawing will be held shortly before the end of the Wellness Fair.  You need not be present to win.
    Want a BONUS raffle ticket?  Get your flu and/or COVID vaccination at the fair.
