The Mid-Year Review is a documented performance conversation between the employee and the manager.
Prior to your mid-year conversation, your manager may ask you to complete a self-assessment online in your PATH found in Workday.
Prepare for meeting with your supervisor by reviewing your goals and making a list of your accomplishments so far this year.
Review the defined competencies for your position making a list of your strengths or areas in which you would like to improve.
During the mid-year meeting, discuss what you would like to accomplish for the remainder of the year, sharing information about any difficulties to achieving your goals and how you might overcome obstacles.
Review your goals with your manager to see if any should be changed, added or removed.
Ask for feedback from your supervisor on what you are doing well and what you could improve upon.
Discuss your development interests or activities for the year.
At the end of this meeting, make sure you understand what is expected of you for the remainder of the performance year.
