Ms. Kip Brooks studied abroad in Nepal while attending Middlebury College where she received a BA in Sociology/Anthropology. After college, she worked for a non-profit organization involved in international healthcare, traveling to Africa and South America. These experiences led to a 20+ year career in healthcare, with a BS in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MA from Prescott College. She joined the Center for International Education in the fall of 2007 as the Study Abroad Advisor, renewing her connection with students and the life-changing experiences studying abroad can bring. She loves gardening, swimming in the Cowpasture River, and traveling with her two sons.
