Allergy Friendly Zone in The Marketplace

We will keep the "Allergy Friendly Zone" to provide a safe area for students with food allergies and sensitivities. This station will be equipped with a dedicated equipment, like toasters just for gluten-free bread, to avoid possible cross-contamination.

Vegan and Vegetarian Options

We are dedicated to provide creative and delicious menu options for vegan and vegetarian diets. Guests may choose from an assortment of vegan and vegetarian options daily. Favorites will include V2 Vegan | Vegetarian Kitchen in The Marketplace and E. Café, our kosher-style vegan and vegetarian eatery.
