Training Opportunities Individual and group instruction

The Web Communications team offers a number of training sessions for faculty and staff charged with maintaining departmental Web pages. If you would like to schedule a training session, please fill out a Training Request Ticket on our Communications Tracking Form.

INTRO TO NEW INGENIUX
A basic training for new users or current users who want to learn about basic page creation and editing in the new Ingeniux 8.0 content management system.

INTRO TO PROFILE PAGES
An introductory session designed for faculty members and department web editors who wish to add and edit content on faculty and staff profile pages, which are used to populate department directory listings.

SITEIMPROVE
A basic overview of the SiteImprove system, which tracks broken links and misspellings throughout our site. Users must also be trained in Ingeniux to fix these errors.

WEB CALENDAR

A basic training for new users or current users who want a complete refresher in basic event creation and editing in the online calendar.

TRIP SAVER
A basic training for users who would like to maintain hours of operation for their campus facility in the Trip Saver.

INTRO TO IMAGE EDITING
A basic training in Adobe Photoshop for users who want to learn how to optimize images for Web display.

OPEN WORK SESSION
A drop-in session for current users (basic training required) who want to stop by and get help with their sites
