Career Development Center
Kimberly's role in the Career Development Center includes working with students and employers. She advises students in all class years on a variety of career-related topics including choosing a major, choosing a career path and searching for internships and full-time jobs. She assists students with resumes, interviewing skills and graduate school preparation as well. Although our staff members are generalists, prepared to work with all students, Kimberly serves as the liaison to The College, which includes majors in the humanities, arts, sciences and journalism. In addition to her work with students, Kimberly also co-manages the campus recruiting program for Washington and Lee. Kimberly is part of the team that assists employers who are visiting campus by arranging information sessions, managing interview schedules and maintaining the University's primary job search database, W&L LexLink. She is always available to help students and employers with questions or concerns.
A Mississippi native, Kimberly is a 2006 graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a 2008 graduate of Georgia State University with a Master of Science in Professional Counseling.
